Elderly Care in Stroud

| Hi I’m Ellie, I’ve been a care assistant in a nursing for 2 years now nearly 3. I’ve had experience in people with dementia and working in the community. I am kind, friendly, compassionate and hard working person. I have a btec level 2 in health & social care, currently studying for an NVQ level 3.

| I have experience helping with seniors which includes Bathing/Dressing, helping with medication and meal preparations. I love to engage and interact with my senior companions. I am kind, compassionate, funny, and caring. I am a very patient person. I love for the elderly to talk about their lives. I like caring for seniors because I feel they need our help and understanding more than anyone else.

| I am 48 years old, live in Wotton-under-Edge and have been a companion & carer for elderly clients over the past 6 and half years with additional experience on a less formal basis of caring for family and also friends relatives in the previous 3 years. I am flexible and eager to help in anyway I can, whether it be personal care, companionship, light housework, meal preparation, shopping / errands or trips out. If desired, I have a well behaved dog that loves to visit clients who want her to brighten their day with a cuddle too. I find that she adds an extra sparkle to otherwise routine days.
