| With extensive experience in adult social care and a deep passion for the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my role as a caregiver. Within this capacity, I engage with a diverse array of elderly individuals, many of whom are coping with illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer's, necessitating the presence of a caregiver, while others simply seek companionship. My responsibilities encompass delivering personalized care and support to these vulnerable adults within the comfort of their homes and communities. This includes essential tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and offering assistance with mobility challenges. Furthermore, my proficiency extends to dietary planning, meal preparation, medication management, housekeeping duties, and fostering meaningful companionship to enrich the lives of my clients.

| I have worked in care for 22 year's with clients with mental health issues,learning disabilities,strokes etc I have cared for the elderly and young people. I have worked in hospitals,nursing homes,residential homes,children's home and live in care.

| I have provided care for people with a variety of needs including those with learning and physical disabilities as well as elderly. I am able to learn new tasks quickly and I am proficient in key client relationships. The greatest part of my career has been spent within the caring field. This has enabled me to advocate for the needs of my clients to ensure they have a good quality of life and are protected in all situations. I am able to provide personal care for my clients in a dignified manner; I believe this is crucial as it enables vulnerable group of people to have a high level of dignity. I have continued my learning through undertaking a wide range of work based and external courses , hence I feel I am always developing my skills. I am friendly, confident, polite, hardworking, conscientious, honest and a flexible worker. I am a good communicator and can converse with individuals on all levels. I like to travel and explore restaurants with my friends and family.
