Our Home Care services allow individuals to live in the environment and people they love most.
| 247 Live-in- Care team has worked on clients terms in their homes, to ensure their dignity was respected at all times. We have worked with families, GPs, hospitals and others to provide the best care package in the home. We have supported many couples to stay together in their own home with the live-in carer providing tailored support for both eliminating the worry, even when one person has dementia. Clients have been able to still stay together with the right live-in support. Our team of friendly and passionate carers has provided support to people affected by dementia, as well as complex care for individuals. Our carers have supported the needs for companionship through to personal care and to higher level care needs, for clients to stay at home. We understand the importance of promoting and maintaining regular routines and preferences. We have supported clients who have pets as they are a source of comfort and it is well documented that their presence can promote wellbeing and contentment. Experience has shown us that finding the right person to support our clients is the single most important factor in getting it right. Great care is taken in providing clients with the most appropriate carer to meet their requirement.
