I’m friendly , patient and quick to think on my feet. I really enjoy helping people and also putting a smile on someone’s face.
I have one year experience working in a care home and two years in clients home. Before I started care I helped my mother in law who had muscle dystrophy with day to day care.
I have experience in a number of areas and using equipment to assist clients in moving around.
Day to day care - Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and continence support
Meal preparation: Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate time
Companionship: Sharing conversation and spending time together
I’m a Mum so there’s not much I can’t do . My children are all older now so pretty much look after themselves .
I'm passionate about helping people, I'm a positive person, observant and have good listening skills. I'm patient and can keep a cool head in difficult situations.
