| Hi, my name is Isabel. I’ve been working in the care industry for 24 years in lots of different settings. I’m a mum of 3, hard working and trustworthy, I have completed level 2 diploma in health and social care and the care certificate. I’m up to date with all mandatory training and hold a current dbs.

I have many years experience working with the elderly in their own homes providing support, personal care, companionship, taking them out to social events and also some nursing care. Not only with the elderly but also dementia/MS/complex needs clients.

| I have experience in a number of areas; elderly care, organic mental health conditions such as dementia and parkinsons, diabetes support, wound care, pressure area management, medication administration, ILS trained, up to date manual handling passport, mental health issues, and learning disabilities. My intention is provide companionship as well as providing support to service users to meet there activities of daily living. Whilst i have enjoyed my role as a nurse in clinical practice, I prefer to have a more personable role in a person's life and have more time to be a holistic practitioner.
