Registered Senior Mental Health Support Worker

I am a 28 year old women, who have collectively gained 12 years of experience working in both elderly/dementia care and mental health. I am currently a senior health and social care practitioner in a mental health center. I have both SVQ 2 and 3 as well as a PDA in Medication Administration. I have experience in personal care, preparing meals, assisting in feeding, supporting individuals with daily tasks i,e running errands, and managing their living environment. I enjoy supporting people to maintain as much of their independence as possible as well as creating therapeutic relationships. I am SSSC registered.
