I have previously tutored children at KS3 and GCSE level in English, Science and Mathematics. I taught children individually and in small groups too, helping them with school work and also aiming to challenge them to understand the material further and learn content outside of the curriculum, if requested by the parent. Answering queries was a regular task and I aim to give detailed and clear explanations. I have also been a touch typing tutor, helping children in a group to learn the important skill of touch typing. In addition to this, I have experience teaching English as a foreign language, as I volunteered for a program in India for 2 months earlier this year. The experience was rewarding and unforgettable. Teaching others and watching them understand new and old content is so rewarding and something which I wish to continue after my trip abroad teaching.
