In short : I am an attentive, creative and patient young woman who has extensive experience in a variety of working environments. I believe these strategies can hold the key to understanding the differences in development, and enhance their learning experiences. Experience teaching using creative strategies being resourceful with technologies and more traditional materials. Encouraging development implementing tasks amongst groups that enhance student connection, interactive learning and team practice. Balancing tasks to ensure students get to work under different paces, supporting a self motivated attitude and team building. Supporting students where learning styles may differ, ensuring all students are engaged and fully immersed not forgetting to allow for their enjoyment of the learning experience.
