My name is Moyin and I am a 21 y/o old student living in London. I'm in my 2nd year at King College London studying English Language and Linguistics. I love teaching because I enjoy helping children grow mentally; utilising the mind is important, especially at childhood, as this is the period where one can really expand and establish their capacities. Regarding my teaching experience, I taught at a Sunday school for 3 years and I was an English coach on the national Fit4Reading scheme where I was a mentor to children with difficulties reading who also experienced low self-esteem. Confidence is extremely important when it comes to learning, as students need to be able to think outside the box and give strong reasoning for the ideas they imagine. For this reason, my teaching is very much intertwined with developing ability and knowledge as well as encouraging and building up character and confidence within my students. I have also recently completed an English Language teaching module at university and from that I have learned a lot of very useful techniques when it comes to creating the best learning experience for students.
