After my experience in teaching for over four years, my interest to teach combined with my understanding of the importance of education is a stem to why I want to choose this career. While working as an assistant Economics teacher at college, I was explaining a mathematical method to a specific student who was having trouble understanding it. When I was able to successfully simplify the approach to them, it created a massive sense of achievement which ensured me that the role of teaching means more to me than just a job; it further grants me personal joy and self-satisfaction in contributing to societal development, regardless of the scale of my impact.
