I am an enthusiastic and very personable English language instructor with 15+ years of professional experience, holding an Honours BA with a Double Major in Philosophy and Visual Studies (Fine Art) from the University of Toronto, as well as an ESL teaching certification. My own passion for learning has led me to complete further studies in literature, performance and law, including Shakespeare at the University of Oxford and the Advanced Shakespeare Intensive at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. My experience teaching English includes designing and delivering courses at private, international educational institutions and corporations, as well as individual instruction for children, adults, professionals and academics. I also have experience in SEN and have worked an educator and presenter in public settings such as the Science Museum in London. As an instructor and mentor I am bright, insightful and very encouraging. I take tremendous pride in my ability to bring out the best in my students, challenging them and helping them to develop their knowledge, skill and confidence.
