Teaching provides a unique opportunity to shape lives and influence young people towards a responsible future, hence, my passion for teaching. As one with a passion for Mathematics and Science, I understand that many students face real challenges grasping the concepts of these subjects. Hence, teaching provides me the avenue to tackle this, while also making a contribution; giving back to the society in a way that enriches myself, challenging me towards further growth and self-development. I have taught since his secondary school days; taking more than 500 students in total; at various levels (on one-on-one basis, in small groups and at mass teaching levels). I have also taught at various educational levels (secondary and tertiary) as well as to diverse range of student ethnic backgrounds with a very high success rate in student comprehension, evinced by their later performance. Having gained significant confidence in teaching these subjects, I have a very broad understanding of what is expected at GCSE and A-level.
