I am currently studying maths, further maths, physics and philosophy at A level and I hope to continue exploring these topics once I start my masters degree in physics at Oxford later this year. I achieved eleven GCSEs at grade 9 (A*) and am predicted 4 A*s at A level (+ an A* in the EPQ). I have experience tutoring in maths and science for the 11+, common entrance and GCSE. I am comfortable tutoring for all UK maths and science exam boards at GCSE level. After helping my three younger siblings with online school during the lockdowns, I fully understand how difficult it can be to keep someone interested in maths and the sciences. I utilize a variety of online games and bite-size lesson plans to keep lessons engaging and manageable. I will work hard to keep lessons at a pace that works for your child and makes them feel more confident in their own ability. As well as teaching students about the subject content itself, I think that it is crucial to cover good exam and revision techniques.
