My goal is to focus on students and their needs. To ensure they are not only learning, but building confidence and feeling motivated. The pandemic unfortunately affected a lot of pupils in a negative way, so my teaching allows them to learn and to ensure they achieve to the best of their abilities. My experience has allowed me to gain an in-depth insight of different types of techniques and skills to use to help make children understand better. I enjoy what I do and try make the lessons as fun and educational as possible. I believe that balance is essential to have during class. As well as that, I want to make sure that parents are also satisfied with what is going on with their child. so, I set homework every lesson and so everyone is able to see progress, I set end of month tests.
