I am passionate about tutoring because it allows me to make a direct and meaningful impact on students' learning journeys. Having worked as a SEN teacher at Cambridge School, I have had the opportunity to teach and support autistic students with a wide range of learning difficulties, as well as social, emotional, and communication needs. This experience has been incredibly fulfilling, as I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to tailor my teaching methods to meet individual needs. Additionally, my 2 years of experience as a SEN TA, where I worked with highly complex students has honed my patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, my year of teaching at CEIP Gregoria Artacho in Spain, working with Year 2, Year 5, and Year 6 students, gave me a broader understanding of mainstream education. This experience helped me refine my ability to adapt to different age groups and learning styles. My teaching style is student-centered, focusing on individual strengths and needs. I use positive reinforcement, structured routines, and clear communication to create a comfortable learning space.
