During my part time work for an Education and Development NGO since I was 17, I have worked extensively online, delivering high quality online courses to sixth form students around the world as well as coordinating and training student ambassadors in leadership, fundraising and public speaking. The courses range from sociology, to post-colonial perspectives, leadership and action, and global citizenship. I have mainly worked one on one with kids as a nanny in the past, but take great pride in spending time doing primary school homework with them, as well as closely working with toddlers and children with special needs to develop skills such as writing their names and learning to read. My Education degree is not teacher training, however my studies do mean that I am actively engaged in educational learning, debate, and practice. I study psychology, philosophy, sociology, global economics, and politics during my degree having also studied history of art, theatre, and philosophy at school. I also spend a lot of time working in theatre, writing and directing original pieces.
