I am passionate about Spanish language and would love to teach the language. I am currently studying Spanish and Theology at the University of Edinburgh. I have always loved teaching languages, helping my friends with Spanish throughout school wherever I could. I then went to Nepal in my gap year, where I taught English for a month and last summer I went to Colombia, where I was working for a charity that helps people who have lost their homes as a result of the civil war, teaching English and communicating only in Spanish. Having done my Pre- U in Spanish (I received a D3 or A equivalent in A-Levels) not so long ago, I can easily help people wanting to do well in both their GCSE Spanish and A-Level Spanish. Having learnt Spanish for 10 years now and having had a wide range of teachers (some whom were excellent and some not so good!), I think I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn’t work for the student when learning a new language.
