Personal Description: I am a PhD student researching the potential of Cardiovascular treatment using Biomaterials. Below are a few of my achievements: Selected to attend the EPSRC EHDA Conference (only undergraduate on the course) from 10 others Selected for the 2 month scholarship from The Royal Society from hundreds of others and yet to present at an event. Preparing a literature review article with senior academics with a view for it to be published Attending research and industrial Lectures at De Montfort University (with permission) Reading articles on new methods and ideas in drug delivery Member of De Montfort University Student Union's Voice Committee I've created beginners english classes for students as well as taught biology and chemistry at GCSE level. I look for students who are enthusiastic about learning and who also WANT to do better I can teach in ways in which each student learns at their best, as everyone has their own preferences, whether they be a visual learner or learn via listening. I believe every student has the potential to do well and i have faith that if every student works hard, they can achieve the level of academia they desire.
