Hello, my name is Beth and I am a qualified Primary teacher living in Glasgow. In my life I have many interests and passions including sport, cooking, photography and travel, however, my life up until now, especially for the past six years has always revolved around working with children and young people. Whether it be in formal classroom settings or fun-filled camp jobs, my passion for teaching and working with children can be seen. After graduating from University in 2018 I undertook my probationary teaching year in Glasgow where I taught a primary 7 class of thirty pupils, I currently teach in a Glasgow primary school. I have an excellent knowledge of Scotland's Curriculum for Excellence and implementing this in fun and innovative ways to meet individual students needs. My experience includes: - Current work in schools working with pupils predominately in P1,4 and 7. - First class degree in Masters of Arts in Education with a primary teaching qualification - One year formal classroom setting - Primary 7 teacher - Four months experience teaching English as an Additional language at camps in Spain - Six years of Overnight Summer Camp experience in both the USA and UK. - Day camp experience
