Having studies Psychology to a MSc level, I took a large interest in Mental Health, I worked in a supported living accommodation for 3 years which involved working with adult males suffering from Schizophrenia, Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Severe Depression, Dementia, ADHD, ADD and Fragile X. During this role I was promoted to a Senior Support Post. I joined a care agency in 2012 and started of working as a Field Care Supervisor, which entailed me in meeting service users on a regular basis and writing up care plans catering for their needs. My main service users were vulnerable adults with dementia, physical disabilities such as MS and CP and brain damage. I was promoted to "Care Coordinator" which meant I was managing staff rota's, staff training and ensuring all service users had visits scheduled to them. I later became a Quality and Compliance officer which lead me to become a Deputy Manager of the care agency. It was very useful for me to have worked my way from a care worker to a deputy manager as I was able to understand every positions views which has now aided me in creating Field's Care Ltd.
