Hi all my names Zach! I’m a 25 year old male with 5 years experience working with Special Needs young people in the UK and 2 summers of working with adults with developmental delays in America! A lot of my experience is within the age range of 12-16 with a lot of these pupils working at P Levels. My comfort zone is often young people with high ASD and behavioural needs. However, I’m extremely fun and really enjoy all aspects of different children and their needs. I have also previously been a children’s entertainer so often do not feel embarrassed to be silly and out there in order to brighten up a child’s day! I work 8:00am-4:30pm most days.
