I have been working with children and young adults with Autism and additional needs for over 20 years ,in a variety of setting. the last seven within a specialist school setting. I am passionate about all children and young people being able to be able to meet their full potential in both education and recreation in an holistic approach. allowing opportunities for new experiences to nurture and inspire them to reach their full potential. I have gained lots of skills throughout my career and am always looking to broaden my knowledge and skills. I am a good communicator
