Caring is not something that you can teach; it is something that you embody in every interaction with your client. The important act of caring deeply has always been the value at the forefront of any interaction with anyone in my life. I have been involved in care my whole life, working in a range of settings, from assisted living and live-in care, to providing care to a range of different clients within their own homes. I am also a qualified personal trainer specializing in working with older adults, and I bring this to my care work to help my clients become fitter and more active in whatever way is feasible/desirable for them. My goal is to always be diligently and dedicatedly client-focused.
