I have GCSE and an A level in child and development. I have worked in a local school for two years now. my first year was spent in a COIN unit where children’s primarily need is autism. During this year I learnt strategies and technics that work for children best and learning how to adapt them for each child’s needs. During my second year I’am currently 1:1 young child with needs which has helped me learn new behaviour strategies and rewards systems. I also look after a child before school and after school time we’re we enjoy singing songs and playing together.
