I am very compassionate about making a difference in someone's life. I am a naturally caring person and values safeguarding and supporting individuals with protected characteristics. I have been and still works in care as a senior support worker , involved in mentoring others, care management support and on the ground supporting individuals with needs with their day to day life towards independence. I have worked with young adults with autism, young people's hostel, learning disability, nursing home as well as supported living. I have excellent communication skills ( verbally and written). Emotionally intelligent and cope well under pressure. I like challenges and very confident in making courageous decisions.
