I have worked in care for a year and a half. I have been one to one with behaviourally challenging adults on the autistic spectrum. My job involved all aspects of personal care, medication, food preparation, house work and supporting the individuals bout in the community. I am competent and will always lead with kindness. I have training in epilepsy and administering midazolam, makaton and MAPA.
