I have been working in a private nursery for the past 5 years. I particularly work closely with children with all kinds of additional needs supporting them throughout their time in pre school and transitioning into school. I build very good relationships with the child but also with the families. As well as supporting young children in my setting I also have an older sister with a number of additional needs, so this area of work is completely natural for me. I am eager to progress my career in this area and support those who need that little extra to thrive!
