A former lecturer and support worker, I am now looking to work for myself. I enjoy supporting people to live life to the full and am a positive professional. I have over twenty years experience working with people in learning difficulties and have supported people to obtain employment. I have also supported people in work activities, education and leisure . I am qualified to Master's level in education and NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I also have a guidance certificate at NVQ level 2. I have current training in first aid and safeguarding. However, my most important quality is that I am a people focused person and listen to what they want.
