Hi, I’m Shelby, I’m a 22 Year Old Female. I have recently finished studying Psychology at University. I am a highly motivated and adaptable individual who has developed a mature and responsible attitude to any task or situation, Able to take instructions from all levels and build up good working relationships with all colleagues. I have help my mum for several years with her job as a foster career looking after lot of children of different age ranges and different needs, coming across children and babies with disabilities such as autism and mental health issues as well as children that are typically developing and I have also gained experience volunteering in School, working with Children in the classroom, outside the classroom and also working with children in small group or 1:1. While volunteering in the school setting I also helped several individuals with Different complex Needs I try to learn something new from everyday experience because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally.
