SN Care is a service provider that specialises in providing bespoke complex specialist packages of care for children and adults with complex or multiple diagnosis such as ASD, ADHD, PTSD, LAC, LD, physical illness and disability, as well as complex mental health difficulties and challenging behaviors. SN care was started by Sharna in 2020 after working in various care settings both in the Kent and Norfolk. Sharna knew that the care sector needed change and with that thought she created SN Care. ​ Sharna started off with just herself and 2 Clients, Working 3 days a week. Within 3 months She had worked hard to get her businesses name out there and make sure her quality of care was to the best possible standard. She now subcontracts self employed carers that have a similar work ethic to herself to help care for those how need it. ​ SN Care strives to provide the best home health care services to the clients they care for by ensuring we are putting you, at the centre of everything that we do.
