My willingness to learn and train new skills whilst also bringing my current set of skills to the company will counter act this. I have come to realise that my personal goal is to work in the Childcare setting; working my way up is the best way forward. I love my current job as a play worker for BOSP who are a charity based support for families who have disability children that need that extra support.
