I have previously worked in and managed adult disability and mental health services for Bolton Council. I have most recently managed services for adults in the community with complex care needs including acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury. I fully understand the standards required and believe very strongly in a person centered approach. I treat each customer as an individual and listen to their preferences and how they wish their support to be provided. I am a mature person with a wealth of experience and consider myself to be friendly and approachable. I am completely flexible and adaptable regarding working hours and understand the importance of forming strong and trusting relationships with customers, family and friends.
