I have been working with learners for 22 years on. I worked with all ability group and now working with learners with learning difficulties. I have care experience from the age of seven when I took care of my aunt overseas and from then I have been taking care of other people who need my help. But my main work is 1:1 with learners who had barriers to learning with some challenging behaviour, communication difficulties among others. I uses positive behaviour strategies etc.
