I am a very family-orientated person. Most of my time revolves around family and friends.I am a very patient, calm individual who is a good listener and helps people. I love playing badminton and listening to music. I love working with children and I currently work in a mainstream primary school. My role is to support children when they are showing challenging behaviour. I settle the children throughout the school and put strategies in place to support them. I work as a teaching assistant. I have experience with special needs children and I also support some children throughout the school with all the subjects, for example, literacy, maths, phonics, history etc. I have over 18 years of experience and enjoy helping children and helping them progress and grow as I find this very rewarding. I have a level 3 in childcare and have all the relevant checks including DBS, first aid, and children's safety and approved by Ofsted and local authority.
