I have been working as personal assistant for children with additional needs since I was 13 years old. This ranges from autism, Down syndrome, chromosome deletions ect. I have also volunteered in a charity for children with additional needs. I have also worked in a nursery for 2 years. I also have lots of personal experience with children and also children in my family who have additional needs.
