I have many years experience in care and support from being a carer to even a service manager for well known providers. I am down to earth and have a good sense of humour. I am also trustworthy and honest. I love getting the most out of people I support and often think outside the box to achieve this. I have a NVQ level 3 in health and social care. I am on the update system for DBS checks.
