I am a very positive and caring individual with a big heart. I have been working within the care sector for the last 10 years and have gathered a wealth of knowledge and skills. My experience has been developed through working with complex individuals over time. This includes elderly patients with complex health needs and mental conditions. However for the last 8 years I have been supporting children with complex learning disabilities and a wide range of other health conditions and challenging behaviours. I love working with children and supporting the growth and development of the next generation. I have changed my role at work and have more time to reach out and support others. I am hard working, reliable, compassionate, empathetic and have all of the general support worker skills and training. I am happy to support with medication, personal care, community access, domestic duties and support with positive behaviour assistance and anything else. I have excellent organisation and communication skills and have experienced communication in all styles especially with children on the autistic spectrum.
