I work as a special needs teaching assistant for 4 years know and I have skills and experience dealing with challenging behaviour and complex needs. I have my brother in my care who suffer from schizophrenia and I know how important is for the family that every family member be treated with dignity and kindness and understanding. I would like to think that I proved the care and support as I want my brother to receive from his carers. I have a bachelors in psychology and I’m currently doing my masters in social work. I have a good understanding about mental health, illness, family in crisis etc.
