I have worked with patients with these conditions in a clinical setting and in their homes, providing them with the necessary care and support to improve their quality of life. I have helped patients with a range of needs, including mobility, communication, and self-care skills, and I have used my skills and knowledge to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall function and independence.
