Hi, my names Mollie. I have grown up with a full insider view of autism and special needs as my sister has severe autism, due to this it has opened up many opportunities for me to work alongside other vunerable people, working in jobs such as a gymnast coach for special olympics, this allowed me to develop my understanding of other forms of special needs alongside generally having time with my sisters friends. As well as this, I have worked in a nursery for a year working with children aged 2-5, gaining a level 2 in childcare. I have a real passion to give children the best future regardless of their disabilities.
