Iv been working in my present job for 19 yrs, I started in education, then went over to the care side then went onto nights as it worked better around my family, I got the best of both worlds working full time and being there for my children whenever I was needed, I have 3 children now in there 20s, all had SALT and glue ear , my oldest son diagnosed autistic finally at 12, my middle son has dyslexia and had processing and retaining information difficulties, and my daughter is a complete mix of them both, and undiagnosed autism and possible adhd, theyve grown up amazing and have excelled what I was told to expect, I work with young people between the age of 7 and 19 some with severe challenging behaviour, autism, adhd, odd, varied different syndromes at a local school in Broadstairs, I absolutely love my job,and love the relationships I have built with the young people in my care, I have regular proact training, level 1-3 of my qcf/nvq and have training in epilepsy and allergies, I'm also trained in medication, I'm very bubbly, very smiley, easily approachable and very easy going, I'm looking to work part time hours and am very flexible,
