I currently work in a hospital part time as a health care assistant and have done for the last 9 years, I've worked with all ages from newborn to 108! I also have 4 children of my own. One of which has additional needs so im very experienced with challenging behaviour. I also provide private care to clients, I have an up to date DBS check. And I am insured. I do drive, and am able/confident enough to drive disability vehicles. I have experience of using hoists and electric wheelchairs. I am NOT trained to administer medications. I am happy to provide care on an adhoc basis, days, nights whether they are sleep ins or awake. I also provide travel/holiday care where care is 24-7. My hourly rate is negotiable depending on travel, care involved and how many hours agreed on. If I am travelling over 30 minutes, I do not provide anything less than 3 hour blocks of care. I am happy to cover Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge. Will consider other areas for overnights or holiday care.
