I used work with young children and adults at buddies clubs and services, which is a afterschool, out reach, Sunday club, youth club and holiday club service for children and young adults who had additional support needs. Working there my main duties where to think of activities for the individual. I have went to college and studied soical care, done placement once a week in a special need school. I have a range of communication skills, people skills, planning skills, organisation skills, team management skills, time management skills, empthay, non Jugde mental and so much more.
