I worked as an au pair in the United States for 1 year. I worked 40 hours a week with 4 special needs boys (7,5,4,3). I prepared food for the children, did household chores, took care of the bath, bring them to school... I found activities adapted to each one, lots of outdoor games, manual activities... I also helped the oldest with his homework.The four boys I cared for each had different needs, two had speech delays and the other two didn't speak at all.
