I have a vast amount of experience working in the healthcare sector - from working with adults with learning disabilities to 1-1 care with children. I have worked as part of a multi disciplinary team with LCC for over 10 years. I have supported clients and staff to take part in group activities as well as supporting individuals on a 1-1 basis. Most of my experience is supporting people with L/D to access community activities. l work with a person centred approach and feel that enablement and promoting independence is paramount.
