About A driven masters student with an accredited (BPS) degree in psychology. I have worked in multiple care environments from one on one patient-centric positions to assisting fully qualified psychologists at one of Qatar’s largest health facilities. I am caring, professional, and communicative, with a keen enthusiasm to make a difference. My interest lies in helping young people and children develop a strong resilience to mental health crises and live happier lives. I focus on using behavioural, cognitive and more creative therapies to ensure inclusivity and a greater emphasis on long term solutions to mental health issues. I have written and illustrated two children's books, which explore the topics of depression and coping mechanisms in easy to understand concepts. As a creative person, I have a keen intent on providing nuance, modern therapy models such as art therapy as well as classical methods to find the best individual solutions.
