I have experience with working with special needs children through carrying out a placement with special needs children in a specialized nursery for special educational needs children also I have a testimonial letter from a family with 2 little boys who are on the autism spectrum which happily wrote me a testimonial letter for reference to my experience of working with children with additional learning needs.
