I'm currently working as a support worker for a young man with autism and learning disabilities. I'm a very intuitive person and I find it easy to adapt to other people's need which is why I thought that working as a carer/support worker would be a good fit for me. I'm also very patient and compassionate which of course helps as it makes me feel like caring for other people is a very natural thing to do.
