The Important parts of my work experience to keep these pieces in perspective have been supervisions and trainings. These activities have allowed me to observe and evaluate others to develop my own caring skill. We carers and keyworkers must continually make sure service users’ social and other activities are appropriate and useful, to enable each of them to a better access of their world.
