I have worked in care since 2011, I started as a career in a learning disability residential care home, and worked my way up to a senior support worker. I then moved to work in a children's residential care home which was also for children with special needs. I now currently work as an ABA tutor for a 18 year old boy. I have a wide range of experience with autism, mental health, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour. I have a interest in helping people that require that little extra help than others, to help them achieve more in life as they want.
